How Can I Receive My Items?

During the checkout process, you will have the option to select the day and time that you’d like to receive your groceries from a list of available times. Same-day delivery is available at most stores, and same-day in-­store pickup is available at all stores. There is typically a four ­hour window between placing an order and when it can be received.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an emailed receipt with a unique Confirmation Code. If you chose home delivery, simply give this code to the delivery driver when they arrive. If you chose in­-store pickup, there is a Priority Checkout Counter in the store for Rosie customers where you can provide your confirmation code and receive your groceries.

    The app on my computer did not allow me to choose local pick up at the Chestnut Street Store in Lufkin.  I was charged 4.99 for the curbside pick up at the incorrect store location of my choosing and had to call the store to see if they could make the change.

    How do I choose the store where I want to pick up my items without having to call or be charged an additional fee?

    Thank you for reaching out to Rosie Support! We are sorry about the confusion that this has caused you. To clarify, regardless of local pickup or curbside pickup there is a fee of $4.99. 

    If you are wanting to pick up or order at the Chestnut Street store in Lufkin you would select the "local pickup" option at checkout. If you select that option and scroll down you will see the address populated as Chestnut St. 

    If you select the "curbside" option you will be picking up at the W Frank St location.
