    I ordered a wrong item and need to return for an exchange. Order was already out for delivery when I noticed my error. I cannot find a return policy on delivered orders. I did not get receipt with delivery. Can I return to any Gerrity’s in my area? Without a receipt can I just use order number?

    Thank you for reaching out to Rosie Support! We are sorry there was a discrepancy with your order. Not to worry. There are a few things we can do here in this instance. 

    1. You can submit a Support ticket with the incorrect item and order number by emailing us at support@rosieapp.com and we will reach out to the store on your behalf to have the issue resolved. '

    2. You can reach out to Gerrity's directly and ask for the online manager who will make sure the situation is resolved. 

    3. You can most definitely stop into the store and visit the service desk explaining what the situation is that needs to be resolved and they will gladly assist. They can look up your order details right from the store. 

    By all means, we are more than happy to reach out to the store for you at any time to get this issue resolved for you.
