How Does Delivery Work?

You will receive a reminder email within a few hours of your chosen delivery window. This email will also include your final receipt, which will include the final prices for any variable weight products, and will identify any substituted products.

The delivery driver will then call or text you upon arriving at the delivery address. Available delivery windows vary by store but are typically two hours long, and you can place an order up to four days in advance for delivery.

To receive your items, there must be someone available at the delivery location. Whether it’s a home or business address, simply provide your confirmation code to the delivery driver (listed on your emailed receipt) and receive your items.

Rosie's terrific delivery drivers always try their best to deliver right to your door, but due to weather, parking, orders containing heavy items, or access to your building you may be asked to meet your driver curbside. 

For security reasons, orders cannot be left unattended outside residences or businesses. All products ordered for delivery are maintained at the proper temperature until the moment it arrives at your door. Rosie’s delivery service includes strict requirements on temperature controls, and all delivery drivers are trained on proper food safety procedures.
