How Rosie Delivery Works

This article details how Rosie delivery works.

 

You will receive a reminder email within a few hours of your chosen delivery window. This email will also include your final receipt, which will include the final prices for any variable weight products, your confirmation code, and will identify any substituted products.

The delivery driver will then call or text you upon arriving at the delivery address. Available delivery windows vary by store but are typically two hours long, and you can place an order up to a week in advance for delivery.

To receive your items, there must be someone available at the delivery location. Whether it’s a home or business address, simply provide your confirmation code to the delivery driver (listed on your emailed receipt) and receive your items.

Rosie's terrific delivery drivers always try their best to deliver right to your door, but due to weather, parking, orders containing heavy items, or access to your building, you may be asked to meet your driver curbside. 

All products ordered for delivery are maintained at the proper temperature until the moment it arrives at your door. Rosie’s delivery service includes strict requirements on temperature controls, and all delivery drivers are trained on proper food safety procedures.

    I'd like to set up a way that I can routinely order and take delivery of groceries for my father who lives a couple of hours from us. He's 93 and lives at an assisted living community. Items will have to be delivered to his door. I'd like to find out of this is possible with the nearest local store. I'd like to know what the cost for this would be. Can you put me in touch with the store, Miner's in Big Flatts, NY?

    Hi I have set an order for tomorrow Feb 9 in Telluride for 3-5pm.  I have booked White Glove, and given the property agents telephone details.  Is this enough to make it happen?  We can’t check in until 4pm, but can be there earlier if we know we need to (ie. if there hasn’t been anything organized with the property manager?).  Do we get a call to say the delivery is on the way?

    Thank you for reaching out to Rosie Support. If you booked the "white glove" service, the delivery should be made and all items put away accordingly. You should have received a call from the delivery driver to advise that they were on their way. Please let us know if there were any problems with your delivery so that we can reach out to the store on your behalf.
