You may change the day and time of your order simply contacting Rosie directly by emailing email@example.com or by calling your local store. Contact information for each store is available on the store select screen.
It is important to note that order times can only be changed before the order starts getting filled.
Rosie will soon be releasing a new feature that let's the customer directly modify his or her order, as well as change the day/time of pickup or delivery.
If a customer is not home for the delivery, or does not come into the store for pick up, the store and/or Rosie will attempt to contact them to schedule an alternative time within the next few days. If this is not possible, the customer may be charged a restocking fee to replace the items.
