If you are having a hard time finding a specific product on Rosie, there are a few quick tips that can help you find what you're looking for.
Tip 1: Try searching for the product using generic names, brand names, or broad terms. For example, if you are looking for "Tyson Chicken" and the search returns no results try searching for just "Tyson" or just "Chicken".
Tip 2: Try searching for the product using categories. Categories can be accessed using the left-hand menu.
Tip 3: Search for products by UPC. The UPC is the number under the Barcode on most products. If you are searching by UPC do not include the check digit (see picture below for reference).

Tip 4: If you've unsuccessfully tried the tips above, you can add a request to your order using the "Can't Find It?" tool. Your request will be included in your order and the store team will do their best to find the item and include it in your order.
Tip 5: If you are able to find the item through search or categories don't forget to favorite it. You can favorite an item by clicking the item, opening up the Product Detail View, and pressing the Favorite button.
