The Rosie iOS platform is optimized for use on your iPhone. Because of this, people may run into a problem when trying to download the app to their iPad. In order to solve the problem users must switch their settings in the App Store to iPhone only.
Process
Step 1: Go to the App Store on your iPad.
Step 2: Enter Rosie in the search box. Notice that the Rosie iOS app does not appear. This is most likely because your settings will be on iPad only (see picture below).
Step 3: Click "iPad Only" in the top left corner to open up a drop down menu.
Step 4: Select "iPhone Only" from the dropdown menu. This should allow you to view the Rosie app in your search results. If the Rosie app does not appear attempt your search again.
Step 5: Download the Rosie App by clicking the blue "Get" button.
