Currently Rosie does not accept either gift cards or manufacturer coupons, but we often publicize promotion codes that can be redeemed on the site. Rosie also honors all in-store specials and sale prices as instructed by participating retailers. Please follow our facebook page (Rosie Facebook) to see all of the latest specials on Rosie.

Anthony Piciulo I am a disabled senior and I have $120 in gift cards. I have been using rosie since they started. With all this technology we have I can not understand why this service can not be resolved. In my building we have 150 seniors or disabled people who can be possible customers. Thank you.

Julianne Johnston I am on oxygen and cannot get to grocery store. I have SNAP benefits and would like to use those for food. PLEASE allow disabled people to use these options. Thank you for looking into this problem.

Denise McCarthy Julianne,
Thank you for reaching out to Rosie! Currently, it is not legal for retailers to allow payment via SNAP online at this time which is countrywide. I am excited to advise that we are working on software that will resolve your concerns. We are working to integrate systems that will allow us to do so in the future. Sit tight, as soon as your store is enabled with the feature they will be notifying all customers!. We do hope that you had a wonderful holiday season.
Best regards,

Dottie Stuart I live in Nevada when will this be available?
-
Denise McCarthy Dottie,
Thank you for reaching out to Rosie! Currently, we have 3 stores on the Rosie platform that service Nevada, Ridley's in Ely, Nevada, Ridley's in Winnemucca, NV, and Midway Market in Battle Mountain, Nevada. Rosie is currently developing the software which allows for digital coupons to be used when shopping online. We will make an announcement to all customers once the development is complete. We appreciate your patience while we work to get this feature implemented. Have a wonderful day!

Dottie Stuart Will they be adding online snap to the program?
-
Denise McCarthy Dottie,
Thank you for reaching out to Rosie Support again! There are many different state and federal regulations involved that a store has to comply with in order to add SNAP to their online shopping experience. Each state is different. The decision to incorporate SNAP for any store regardless of the state lies solely on the retailer themselves if governmental regulations allow in the respective state.
I would recommend you reach out to the store directly to inquire if they have intentions of adding SNAP to their eCommerce experience in the future.
Have a wonderful day!
Best regards,
Denise
