How to Use "Can't Find It?"

What is Can’t find it?

Can’t find it provides you, the customer, with the ability to provide a description of a product that you cannot find on Rosie. The description is saved as a note which is then passed along to the grocery expert who is picking your order. They will read the description and do their best to add that item to your online shopping order.

How do I make a Product Request?

  1. Click on the "Can't Find It" box
  2. The next screen will allow you to enter a description of the item you are looking for. The more information that can be provided to grocery expert the better. This description is what the store will use to locate the exact, or best fit product that they carry in store.

  1. You will then be able to indicate the quantity or the desired weight of a product. The approximate total cost will be used to estimate the value added to the order. This will also assist the grocery expert in selecting the desired product.
  2. Once you have filled in the required information and pressed "Add to Cart" button, the item will be added to your cart.  
  3. You can edit the item by selecting the item's "Product Request" link and updating the information in the product detail view.

  1. You can review your "Product Request" prior to placing your order within Step 3 of the Checkout process. Once the order minimum is reached, the order will be placed and sent to your store.

    HI I DONT UNDERSTAND INITIALS BEFORE THE PRODUCT SUCH AS FP IN MEATS??    I NEVER CAN FIND THE BREAD WE USE AND ALWAYS GET CHARGED MORE FOR THEM. THE BREAD WE LIKE IS 1.09 EACH AND IT IS WESTERN FAMILY. WHITE SLICED. I BUY LOTS OF THEM WHEN I PERSONALLY SHOP. ALSO I CANT FIND THE MEADOW GOLD OR THE WESTERN FAMILY TUBS OF ICE CREAM WE LIKE.... AND HOW CAN I PUT PRICES WHEN THEY DONT SHOW THEM OR IN MY BREAD CASE, DONT GO BY WHAT I PUT DOWN?  WE LIKE THE LAYS POTATO CHIPS AND CANT FIND THEM EITHER.  ALSO THE TORTILLA CHIPS . PLEASE COULD YOU HELP ME SO IT WILL BE EASIER NEXT TIME? THANK YOU SO MUCH     BARBARA NOVACK    2083037026

    Natalie,

    Thank you for reaching out to Rosie Support! We do not have a "dashboard" per se but I think you mean your list, preferences, wallet, and etc. Once you are logged into your respective store you will see all of these listed at the top of the page. If you look down towards the middle of the page, anything that you have made a favorite will be listed there. I am including an article that will assist you in locating all of these after you are logged in.
