How Do I Cancel an Order?

You may cancel orders before the Cutoff Time by contacting our Support Team at support@rosieapp.com. To view pickup and delivery time slots, please visit the My Stores section when logged into your account.

To cancel your order on Rosie please:

  1. Email support@rosieapp.com
  2. Please include the following information in your email
    • First Name, Last Name
    • Your unique order number (example: P10925-4 or D10925-15
    • Your unique confirmation code (example: CRD8T4)
    • The store at which you placed your order
    • The time your order was scheduled to be picked up or delivered.
  3. A member of our Support Team will email you back to confirm that your order has been canceled.

Please note: Cancellation of orders after the Cutoff Time will result in a restocking fee equal to the sum of (A) 100% of the total dollar amount of your perishable items (since perishable items are custom-ordered from our Retailers and are fresh) plus (B) 25% of the total dollar amount of your nonperishable items.

    Its extremely ridiculous that this can't be done through the app. Terrible customer support practice to make people send an email.

It is unfortunate that the software does not allow to cancel via the app at this time, however, we do have this slated for development in the near future.
