How do I cancel an order?

You can easily cancel your order by using the following steps:

1.) Please visit: https://shop.rosieapp.com/my-orders

2.) Click the "Cancel Order" button for your order

3.) A popup will appear that reads "Are you sure you want to cancel?". Click the "Yes, Cancel Order" button to confirm your cancellation.

You will receive an email to confirm that your order was cancelled and your card was not charged. The temporary hold on your card will be released by your bank or financial institution in 5-7 business days or less.

Please note: Your order cannot be cancelled after the last modification time because the store team has already started selecting your groceries. If you still wish to cancel your order, you may be charged a restocking fee equal to the sum of (A) 100% of the total dollar amount of your perishable items (since perishable items are custom-ordered from our Retailers and are fresh) plus (B) 25% of the total dollar amount of your nonperishable items.

    Its extremely ridiculous that this can't be done through the app. Terrible customer support practice to make people send an email.

It is unfortunate that the software does not allow to cancel via the app at this time, however, we do have this slated for development in the near future.     Really, email support to cancel?   What kind of app is this?

    There should be a cancel button.  There should also be functionality to edit an order and to add new items.

    We do appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback regarding Rosie's site. Rosie's Engineering Team is already making progress in adding both a cancelation button for customers to use to take this action for orders they wish to cancel and an add/edit functionality. Thank you for your patience while we work to get this developed and released into production. 

    This is an online shopping app which allows customers to order groceries online with their local grocer. Have a great day!
