What is the re-delivery policy?

To receive delivery, you must live in a residential apartment or home and you or your doorman must be present to receive your order from the delivery provider during your selected delivery window. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery by presenting the Confirmation Code is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. If you or your doorman are not present during your selected delivery window, our retailer partners will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you and reschedule delivery (a re-delivery fee equal to the original delivery fee will apply). In such case, if we are unable to redeliver the order to you for any reason, the order will be canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee is equal to the sum of (A) 100% of the total dollar amount of your perishable items (since perishable items are custom-ordered from our Retailers (defined below) and are fresh) plus (B) 25% of the total dollar amount of your nonperishable items.
