If you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, please contact your local grocer right away — the store will either replace it with an acceptable item, refund 100% of the cost for that item, or provide an alternative solution.

    Hi, I picked my order (P1373580-1) this morning, but one item got switched. It was supposed to be one tub of Tom's Of Maine Children's Flouride Toothpaste Silly Strawberry. Instead, I got the fluoride-free kind of toothpaste. Can I get a refund for that? Thank you. Raul

    If an order never gets filled because it says currently unavailable, does that mean you have to resubmit a new order later on or is it saved until a time it is available and I will be notified when the items I want are available? How does this work exactly? I placed an order April 3rd and did not want a substitute for anything and never got a confirmation email to say that my order was ready to get picked up, so I checked back an hour before my set pick up time and my order said currently unavailable for all my items. Then later in the evening I get a confirmation email saying my order is ready for pock up because they substituted a regular flour for my bread flour, which I did not request and charged me for it. Obviously I did not pick it up because it was way past the pick up time and I did not want that item. Can I get my money back for that item since I did not want it, nor pick it up? Also, will I be notified when my items do become available?

    Just picked up my order. All was good except I was missing two items:
     
    1.0 Hamburger Buns @ $3.29.
    1.0 Nemo carrot cake @ $1.79
     
    Service was great. Sure appreciate the service but would appreciate a credit for the hamburger buns and carrot cake. Thanks.

    I ordered 1 lb of red potatoes but bless the helper only gave me 1 lone potato. May I please receive refund? Thank you much.

    Your local store will able to quickly coordinate a replacement, exchange, or alternative resolution such as a refund for the item if needed.

    Prior to contacting the store please carefully review your emailed receipt. It is possible that your requested item was substituted or out-of-stock.

    I find your online order process very difficult to use, made worse by the very limited selection of product offered. Good God, I ordered two pounds of red potatoes -- you know, small thin-skinned firm-fleshed red potatoes -- and ended up with four jumbo-sized numbers, all of them with soft spots and deep pits, a couple of them as big as my hand... RED POTATOES, PEOPLE, NOT MUSH AND NOT WEAPONS! These were the only red potatoes offered through Rosie for this store, and that's a rip-off as far as I'm concerned. The meat prices and ordering process was confusing and I ended up being charged $8.00 over the original hold amount. Mangoes on store special were hard as rocks. I don't think I'll use Rosie anymore, and I don't think I'll use this particular grocery store anymore either given its so-so grocery merchandise and inexplicable Rosie/Shipt competition. Kroger/Smiths does superior in-house pick up service without all pricing nonsense, a superior user interface (Walmart's is better than yours, for heaven's sake!), and their communication is better too.

    I love this service and have used it a dozen times by now. However, on my most recent order, the three peaches were bad when I tried to use them the next day. May I please be refunded for those on this week’s order? It was Order #: P1247870-18. Thanks!

    Picked up my order at a little after noon today(8/6/20).  Subs made without asking me.  The 2 that I feel I need a credit for are:  Subbed Food Club Pretzel sticks(yuk) for Rold Gold and Haagen-Daz Green Tea(yuk, yuk)  for pistachio.  The other subs are okay.

    I picked up my order (P1460632-10) today, September 4, 2020, and the following two items were missing:

    1 Henry Weinhard's Root Beer $4.50
    1 Angel Soft Bath Tissue 12=24 Rolls $10.09

    I would like a refund for these items please.
