To change stores, please use the following steps:

  1. Click your name in the upper right.
  2. Click "Switch Stores".Switch_Stores.png
  3. Search for the store you want to shop at by the name, address, or zip code.
  4. Select your store below and click 'Confirm' to change. Please know that switching your store will clear your current cart.Choose_Store.pngConfirm_Store.png

    It won’t let me change stores. It says I haven’t checked out yet.

    I can move to other Lee's stores, but not to Macey's.  They both use Rosie.

    My store stopped being an option. You no longer have Dash’s on Klein as an option even though I’ve been shopping there all along

    Hi Steve,  Thank you for asking the question.  Dash's now has 3 stores available on Rosie: the Clarence store, the Hertel store, and the Amherst/Kenmore store.  Choose the one that is closest to you!

    When I click on my name there is not an option to change stores

    Was there not a prompt that comes up for the guest when switching stores, that by doing so when items are in the cart, it would be cleared?  If not, this would be a great feature (and warning message) to add for shoppers who spend time filling a cart, then realizing they need to switch stores, and then lose their entire order.  Thanks!  Jeff

    Jeff,

    Thank you for reaching out with this inquiry. There is currently verbiage that comes up when a customer attempts to change stores while they have items in their cart. It appears in the paragraph found under the "Select your store" message that comes up. It states the following: "Please know that switching your store will clear your current cart, learn more." However, we will be happy to pass the idea of having an actual pop-up appear which would be more visible to the customers with the messaging to our Development Team. Thank you for sharing this great idea!
