Credit Card Authorization

If your credit or debit card shows that the charge has been removed but still shows another charge AUTHORIZING, or on an AUTHORIZATION HOLD, this authorization hold will drop off your account in 2-3 business days. Please note that this is not a duplicate charge. 

 

If the Authorization still appears on your card after 3 business days, please contact your financial institution so they are able to remove the Authorization. This is subject to the terms of your card provider.
