If you would like to deactivate your Rosie account for any reason, please email support@rosieapp.com and one of our Support Agents can deactivate your account. Please include the email address that is associated with your Rosie account.
At this time, we are unable to delete a Rosie account completely so that we can maintain internal records of the account. However, you will be unable to login using that email address once your account has been deactivated.
If you would like to reactivate your account at any time, please reach out support@rosieapp.com and your account will be reinstated.
