Adding a New Payment Method

You can change your payment method during the checkout process. 

Login to www.rosieapp.com and create an order by adding items to your cart. 

Once you begin to checkout, you will then be able to update your credit or debit card information.

Please enter the card number, expiration date, CVV and zip code associated with the card.

 

If the credit card is not accepted, please verify the account information located under your Rosie profile on the Homepage. If this information does not match, it may cause a payment failure. 

 

If you receive an error message after entering your credit card information, please take a screenshot of the error message and email it to support@rosieapp.com. Please include your Rosie email address, whether you are using a PC, Android or Apple device, and the browser (if you are using a browser) Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc. One of our Support agents will be happy to troubleshoot the issue.
