Refunds on SNAP Items

SNAP-paid items are eligible for refunds, like any other item. As with all Rosie orders, you can request a refund by contacting the store that filled your order and indicating either the item(s) you would like refunded (for a partial refund) or whether you would like a refund of the entire order.

 

Any refunded SNAP items will return funds to the balance on the SNAP card used to make the purchase. Non-SNAP items will return funds to the credit or debit card you provided for the order.

 

SNAP items cannot be refunded in cash, credit, or debit funds, or in any other form of compensation other than SNAP funds. Neither Rosie nor any of its retailers can or will override this policy. Such action would be illegal and would constitute financial fraud.
