Once you opt-in to SNAP-eligible items in your Account Preferences on Rosie, you may notice that you have been logged out due to inactivity for 10 minutes.
Per FNS guidelines, if there is no activity for 10 minutes, Rosie will automatically log you out for security reasons. Simply log back in, and you can begin shopping again. All of your items will still be in your cart. If you have any questions, please email support@rosieapp.com.
