Gold card not accepted

When checking out my latest order, my Shurfine Gold card was not accepted and I was denied a sizeable discount on my order.  I called my Gerrity's Store and was given Rosie Customer support only to be answered by a recording saying no one was available to take my call.This  card is  registered to me on Rosie and I also entered the correct number at checkout. I, therefore, paid approximately $15.00 more than I should have.   Please advise how to get the money that is owed me
